BIO HIGHLIGHTS
How it all started
CGNJ held its first solo exhibition in March 2020 in collaboration with Al Ismaelia in Cairo. Originally conceived as a physical show, the exhibition was presented virtually due to the global pandemic—yet achieved remarkable success, gaining international recognition and expanding its audience beyond borders.
This was followed by its first collaboration with Art D’Égypte in August 2020, establishing an ongoing relationship with the platform, including EX by Art D’Égypte at Almaza in June 2021.
Galleries
In March 2021, CGNJ was selected to exhibit at Lamsat Gallery, where it was awarded 4th place among 40 participants and honored by former Assistant Minister of Interior, Major General Tarek Allam. Shortly after, in April 2021, CGNJ participated in the Urban Exhibition at the Greek Campus in collaboration with Meadhub, further expanding its presence within contemporary art spaces. In July 2021, CGNJ collaborated with Cornerstone Development, marking an early step into the intersection of art and real estate.
Collaborations
Expanding further into interior environments, CGNJ collaborated with Arab World Company for interior design projects in January 2022, followed by Mobilicasa in October 2022.
The studio continued to present its work through curated and solo settings, including a solo exhibition at Esca Concept Gallery Dining in September 2022.
In March 2023, CGNJ was signed with an art curator and consultant, marking a significant milestone in its artistic evolution, followed by a collaboration with The Design Show in June 2023.
Our Style
At the heart of CGNJ lies a dynamic artistic dialogue between Nour and Céline. Nour’s work leans toward refined, elegant compositions—often centered on themes of reunion and reflection. Céline’s approach is more spontaneous and bold, exploring the interplay between nature and urban landscapes, alongside playful, Pharaonic-inspired doodles.
Together, their contrasting styles form a cohesive visual language—where emotion meets structure, and tradition meets contemporary expression.
